A haircut that is a completely different style to what you currently have.
*It is more expensive than a haircut because more time is needed to achieve a different look.
Blowdry
Short
A wash & blowdry for short hair, pixie style, above the ears in length.

A wash & blowdry/style for hair above the shoulder in length.
Long
A wash & blowdry for hair to the shoulder and below in length.
Highlights
Highlighting is a technique where you lighten strategic strands of hair to create brightness & dimension. Usually the lightness will come from the root of the hair all the way to the ends.

Short
For hair pixie style, above the ears in length.

Medium
For hair above the shoulder in length.
​
Long
For hair to the shoulder and below in length.
Balayage
A technique of free-hand painting highlights onto the hair, creating a soft and natural graduation of lightness towards the ends of the hair with a more natural root.

Full Head

Face Framing
Includes area around your hairline/face to give a pop of brightness around the face area.
Colour
Short
One all over colour for short hair, pixie style, above the ears in length.

Long
One all over colour for hair to the shoulder and below in length.

Regrowth
Colour is applied to 1 inch of root regrowth to match the colour in the lengths of hair.

Root Drag
Colour is applied to 1 inch of root regrowth to match the colour in the lengths of hair.
Scalp Bleach Application
Bleach Regrowth
A 1 inch root regrowth application of bleach to the scalp area to lighten the hair to match the previously lightened ends.

Toner
Is a hair colour used on hair, most commonly after it has been lightened to achieve the desired tone for the end result. It can be used to cancel brassy tones and also to add richness to a colour.

Toners will not lighten your hair.
Creative Toning
Coloring different parts of the hair with different colours to achieve a specific look.

Colour Corrections
A colour correction is changing the colour of your hair completely. E.g. you’ve used a home color, it’s too dark and you want to fix it and make it lighter.
Colour corrections are usually vey specific to each individual and so we recommend you come for a complimentary colour consultation to examine exactly what approach your hair needs and how much it will cost.

Keratin Treatment
Fabriq
Previously known as Kerastraight. A protein Treatment that works with the natural building blocks of the hair to smooth and control, add shine and strengthen the hair.
Upstyles
Involves styling and arranging the hair into an upstyle, usually for an occasion. It can include curls/waves, braids, buns etc. They can be tailored specifically to your liking.
Conditioning Treatments
Olaplex
In salon Olapex treatments are an intense bond-building treatment for your hair. It rebuilds bond that have been broken down by heat, chemicals, coloring etc. making the hair healthier from within. It takes approximately !5 mins with a head massage.
Wella S.P Treatments
A conditioning hair treatment that can be tailored specifically to your hair needs, with a complimentary head massage.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments.
If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hrs notice.
Our Policy
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to the cost of the booked service. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the booked service.
If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you. We only take credit card details when an appointment is made online. Otherwise a payment link will be sent and should be paid before another appointment can be made in the future.

We realize that emergencies occur. If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we simply request that you inform us at least 24hrs in advance.
If the booking was made for the same day, we require at least 2 hours notice. In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee may be waived or part of the full amount may be charged.

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in an amount to be charged to your card or added to your next booking.
